Every booking includes, at no extra cost:
- Ability to access the property a day prior and day after the event
- Your choice of caterers and event decoration suppliers
- Because we are an unlicensed venue, you can reduce costs by supplying your own alcoholic and other beverages.

9-Hour event with 3 Days of Venue Access
• Availability: Generally, Friday, Saturday or Sunday
• Capacity: Up to 100 people standing or 80 seated
• Price: $5,995
Option 2
5-Hour event with 3 Days of Venue Access
• Availability: Generally, Friday, Saturday or Sunday
• Capacity: Up to 100 people standing
• Price: $3,495
Option 3
4-Hour event with 1-2 Days of Venue Access
• Availability: Generally, mid-week (Tuesday to Thursday), with two-day access by appointment
• Capacity: Up to 50 people standing
• Price: $1,995
